Glocal academy in collaboration with GVK EMRI successfully delivered its first soft
skill course at GSL medical college, Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh state, India.
During the closing ceremony, principal of the medical college asked feedback from
the participants. While there was lots of positive feedback, one of the participants
described her experience of the course was like an academic feast. Her words
were like music to the ears of the course faculty.
Its interesting she used (Academic) feast to describe the experience of the (soft
skills) course. Feast in noun form is used to describe a meal that is well prepared
and greatly enjoyed. May be she had a feeling of having a good meal.Hearing those words made us reflect on the hard work and planning that went in
designing the course.
The course was carefully orchestrated to meet the needs of
the participants. The contents of the course has sound research evidence base and is
delivered by expert and friendly faculty. Teaching techniques such as interactive
small group exercises and role-plays formed part of democratic, collaborative and
participative learning environment.
Participants had hands on opportunity to

We will endeavor to provide similar experience to the participants of our future
